Cooking Tips: Fresh Pasta

Fresh Pasta is more tender than dried, and is best prepared with lighter sauces such as cream-based or butter and sage sauces.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring 1.5 litres to a boil. Add salt to the water.
  2. Add content to boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, drain well and coat with olive oil if desired or immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
